I’ve used it for six rounds at two courses. The cart works well. Moves at a variety of speeds and follows remote commands well. Easy to operate – simple, elegant, sturdy. Remember to engage the fifth wheel. I’ve tipped it back over going uphill when I forgot. Battery seems good, like it actually will get through two rounds. And it’s easy to recharge in the garage overnight. Remote is rechargeable, too, and recharged quickly.

The accessories are another story. The card holder is too small for the cards at both courses I play, so the card can fall out with bumps on the course. Pencils, too. I have lost four. The water bottle holder will not hold your bottle when the cart meets what I would call average bumps, holes, sprinkler heads, etc. I’ve tried two different sized bottles and both have hit the ground many times. I paid extra for the seat. It is just OK. I find my Clic Gear seat to be a better product but it can’t be attached to the electric cart.

I wish there was on-board storage. I was spoiled by my Clic Gear. But I can’t push like I used to and this is a good option for walking without hard labor. My club pro says it’s the best of what they sell in the pro shop. That is an endorsement.

Overall, I have been satisfied with it and have played better golf since using it as I am not as tired late in the rounds. Anything to play better golf, right?

This is a very solid golf cart. It is very well built, very solid. No cheap materials at all. It is well designed with several well thought out accessories that attach easily to the cart.

Extremally easy to assemble (it comes almost put together). It unfolds and folds easy.

The remote control is easy to use. It’s a perfect size, not too small (you should not lose it), and not too large where you’ll need two hands to operate it. The cart responds immediately to commands.

This unit is a bit on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. And the reason I bought it. I didn’t want a cheap piece of garbage.

    Very happy so far.

Cart stop to work after couple months. Customer service is almost non exist. After so many tries and finally able to get hold on someone. A service case created and was told someone will be in touch. No one ever reach out for almost a month and no one response on this. What kind of customer service is this! This is not a cheap product!!

My first electric push cart. It looks great, got many comments on how sharp it is. I played 36 holes on a fairly hilly course and still had plenty of batter left. I only used 1 green bar, was still showing 1 green plus the other colors below that, so im assuming i could have gotten at least 9 or more holes. Very stable going up hills and even of moderate side inclines. Fits easily into the trunk of my care after taking the back wheels off. I still have room for my golf bag/clubs. I’m buying the MGI golf bag due to my current bag which has the stand built into it causes the bad to turn sideways after a while. Not a big deal and I liked the reviews of the MGI golf bag. BTW i bought the AT navigator due to the hills and terrain on my home course. Very excited about this cart. It’s easy to lean to use, be sure to charge all the way before using the first time, that took about 4 hours. It does come with the drink holder, umbrella holder and clip, so you don’t have to buy those separately. I did but the cooler pouch that fits on the front. It sounds like the new bag will have a lot of storage as well. I did find the score card holder is nice, but i’d have to take it off each time i put it in the car and the center of the cart handles is a score card holder. I found the iphone/gps holder is a waste and i’m not using it. I just put my phone in the cooler pockets or in the golf bag. I bought a second drink holder which will hold my range finder. I wish MGI would make an attachment for that. Would be much more useful. Overall very happy with the purchase, walking is so much easier than pushing the cart. After walking 36 holes with this machine, i could have played another 18. Hope this helps. I recommend buy it.

This is a high quality electric cart caddy. I have seen many types over the years as I grew up working in the golf business. I am now retired and wanted to walk my home course, but carrying or pushing my bag is difficult on my hilly course. This trolley handles steep hills, and sidehills with no problem. The remote works great and is easy to use. Set up was a breeze, basically charge the battery and the remote over night, attach the wheels and you are ready to go. How easy is that. Folds up nice and small, the big wheels reverse so it is narrower when storing in your car. Not very heavy event with battery still attached. I normally remove the battery before lifting into the back of my car.

First off, the cart arrived a day early and was extremely easy to set up. Charged the batteries in the cart and the remote control and then took it to the course for its maiden voyage. All I can say is that I should have bought one a long time ago. I love walking the course, but a push cart can take it out of this 68 year old on a hot day. The cart is very responsive using the remote and has much more power than you will need, but the remote and speed settings also allow you to slow things down when going over rocky ground or super uneven terrain. Very happy with the purchase.

The cart itself ( a 2024 Zip Navigator AT) is very good. Easy to assemble, easy to open and close. the unit is very sturdy and well made. The problem is the remote. When using the button(s) to speed up or slow down, it jumps two speeds, i.e. 6 to 8, 8 to 10 and vice versa on reduce speed. It’s a little too fast or a little too slow. My walking speed is 9 so I have to go manual, set it and then use the remote. Customer service indicated I was not using it correctly. I had 30 rears as a tech ops supervisor for a cable company. I probably programmed and used about 5000 remotes. Its the system, not the remote. Probably a small thing, but for $1600 it should work correctly
