The bat was well packaged, no damage at all. My son has been having a blast with it and has definitely put it through the ringer. It’s a great deal and will last him through the next year!

    Hey Now, 525!

My son decided to make the jump from a 33″ to a 34″ to prep for next year’s college season. He was previously using the DeMarini Voodoo one piece which is also known for its tremendous pop, but small sweet spot and less forgiving barrel. The Atlas came out of the wrapper hot. First BP swings at 75MPH were ropes, 100+ mph exit velos. As we progressively bumped up the speed on the machine and started to throw curves and sliders into the mix, it became evident that the barrel was much more forgiving on mishits — a few balls in on the hands down the barrel were still getting triple digit exit velos. While not quite doing a Bat Bros type comparison, it did seem like you had to try to not put the ball in the air with the Atlas. The bat is advertised as a more balanced bat, but coming from a Voodoo it felt a tad more end-loaded, but not so much that it should be considered an end-loaded bat. Final Verdict: Can’t say yet as he hasn’t been able to try it out in a game, but based on more than dozen cage sessions it’s one of the best and hottest bats my son has ever used.

My son absolutely loves this bat. Great pop off the bat for a BBCOR bat. He is very confident in using this bat. Over half our team now uses this bat. Will continue to use this bat in the future.
