   50 grams of weight makes all the difference in how close you can roll the ball to the hole. The weight makes it easy to gauge the putting distance by feel and making the long putts or getting it close. It works great too off the green. It gives you the extra energy to get through the light rough and roll the ball close. For the low price you pay it’s a great addition to your Costco putter!

   Last year I replaced an old, wearing out putter grip and had installed a Superstroke grip to an older model Odyssey Golf White Hot OG 2-Ball Putter I had. Later, decided to install this Countercore weight accessory. It does seem to improve the balance and feel. Quick and easy to install. At only ~$10, seems like a good low price too (compared to what I saw offered/available at golf shops).

   Tried out the SuperStroke Wrist Lok putting grip (with the added counter-weight). It’s steadied my swing trajectory and I’m now on more linear line. I’m not arcing or striking the ball, but rather stroking it and rolling the ball on the upswing.

   I was exceptionally surprised at how much this balanced out my putter. Having re-gripped it with the Super Stroke Pistol which was way thicker than the stock Odyssey grip, I was feeling a little disconnected from my putter face.
   This has made a huge difference in evening that out and returning the feel. I was on the verge of getting out the knife and going skinny again and I think this prevented that. More time on the course will tell.

   Putter head felt a little heavy. Added this 50g and the feel is great. Pendulum motion is pure now.
