    I received a birthday present last month, the second time I used it, the zipper split and the zipper couldn’t walk on the same road, the needle and thread is broken on one side of the pocket, I hope to get help.

    Don’t buy this bag. I got it in February 2023 (June 2024 now) and used it 3 trips.

    The outside lock strap broke and the zipper completely fell apart on the 3rd trip.

    I am ordering a travel golf bag now that should be much better. Samsonite. They have been making bags for a long time. I trust they will send a quality product.
