    This is a very nice outdoor table, and we have enjoyed it so far. I definitely encourage you to purchase the cover with it; the cover may seem high priced but it is very good quality and you’ll want to protect your investment! As much as I love this table, and think it is super easy to move and fold, there are several things I was disappointed about. First, don’t believe the reviews that boast of “10 minute assembly!” It took at least twice that amount of time just to unpack all the pieces and boxes inside the huge outer box! It did come well packed, with great thought in supports to protect it during transit. It also included good directions and had all the required pieces. My 2nd disappointment was that the wheels are plastic. They seem to be high quality, but I was expecting those sturdy rubber wheels. But so far the wheels work fine. A 3rd thing I’m not sure I like or dislike is that the table has to be moved in 2 separate pieces. It’s not difficult, but it would be nice if it all could be attached together and moved as 1 piece sometimes. When the table is open and set up, the only way to move it all at once is with 2 people. But it is easy to fold and unfold and 1 person can easily move the pieces alone. My biggest problem was that the table was defective. Based on the price and the reputation of the company, I did not expect the table to have 2 corners that had not been glued properly. There were gaps and the corners were not flush. I could literally squeeze the pieces together and hear the noise of it trying to adhere to the sticky tape or whatever it is they use to assemble the parts. It would not stay together by simply squeezing the pieces back together, so we had to use clamps and vices to hold them back in place. We had to leave it that way for days, which meant we couldn’t really play on it after we first got it, which was super frustrating. We did not add glue, but are keeping an eye on it, concerned we may have to repair it again. If so we will add some additional adhesive and clamp again. We cobsidered asking for the company to replace the defective part, but that seemed like a bigger hassle. Overall it seems like a very nice quality product, but to have it come defective when spending the kind of $ we did is super frustrating.

    I am quite happy with my Joola Table. I purchased it to go in my unfinished attic and it has been great! It has a solid and sturdy feel to it with good build quality. The ping pong balls bounce nicely with the classic ping pong sound. The table moves easily when needed and has locking castor wheels. The net is held on by a clamp on each side of the table and I have had no issues keeping it tight. However, the net clamps are the only elements holding the two halves of the table together. There are no other parts securing them. Each half of the table folds independently for storage, which I prefer actually, but I would have liked a latch of some kind to keep the two halves in place. Having said that I have not had a single issue with the table splitting apart. I doubted the net clamps at first, but they seem to hold the table together just fine.

    Setup was rather simple outside of one step that the instructions warned me about. I comes mostly setup outside of the castor legs and net. The castor legs are installed with the table top upside down. When flipping the table over you must not put the weight on the outside legs or else they bend. You have to lock the castor wheels then flip the table toward that side because the legs are much stronger. The setup was so intuitive that I began to flip the table without reading the instructions. Fortunately I noticed the weak point before damage was done. The legs are plenty strong to hold the table up, but they are designed to fold for storage so there are structural weak points. Make sure you flip the table toward the side with the castors and you will have zero problems. All in all it took about 30 minutes for me to setup.

    Keep in mind that the delivery box is very large and heavy. I highly suggest you have the delivery people place it where you want it to be setup.

    All in all I am very satisfied with the quality and price. Great job Joola!

    Despite a few poor reviews I looked further in to this product and found it to be the best bang for your buck between a cheap small sized table and the top of the line regulation size table. Got it for grandchildren visiting during the summer and it is a hit, pardon the pun. Sturdy, good quality and easy to break down store and set back up. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality cost affordable ping pong table.
