    contacted Joola per the request buy the seller. Joola will not send me the 3 cent part, just wants me to return for a new one. that would be fine if my options were not to either drive round trip 1 hour to staples, pay a dollar to drive 45 min round trip to ups store, or pay $7 for a pickup at my house for a 20dolllar item. this is not on only Joola’s customer service but also on AMAZON’s new partners for returns. Ended up getting what I needed from Ace for 20 cents. but its the principal.
    UPDATE!: Upon the review Joola sent a refund for full amount having me keep the product. I will highly recommend them in the future and will use them again for needed items.

    We bought an 2 ESPN tables that were nice strong tables for the money but the nets were junk. I bought this Joola after reading reviews and it did not disappoint. I like the screw clamps because it has the ability to really bite down on the separate sides of the table. It looks good and seems very durable. After using it for a week, I purchased another one for the other table. Good net, good price.

    Awesome net, we play almost every day. The only part failed was the ring that pulls the net right, it stretched out but an easy fix.
