We had the single piece meta one and it held up really well so we figured we would give this a try. After some break in swings off a tee it hit nice for a couple of 11u games. We never used it off a pitching machine. During the 4th game my son hit it near the sweet spot but you could hear that something cracked. Nothing was visible but the bat no longer had pop. We sent it in for warranty and they replaced it. After 2 games with the replacement bat, samething happened. Replacement bat is also dead and unfortunately you only get one replacement. No visible cracks. I would avoid this model even at a low price as it isn’t worth the hassle.

Bought this bat in April of 2024. By June 10th of April 2024 I was told by my son’s coach that this bat was broken on the inside. A complete waste of $170. He got 3 tournaments out of it.

After Perfect Game “temporarily” banned the -5 Easton Hype Fire that I paid $350 for, I had to get something else for my son to swing. This is what he wanted and the price was right. Hot bat that is actually durable. The 2 5/8 barrel will also help get ready for bbcor when he has to make the switch in the fall.

My son loved the bat but our only complaint is the bat grip is pretty cheap. Easy fix putting new grip tape on but the standard shouldn’t be so cheap.

Bat lasted a long time. Great pop out of the box. Hit a lot of balls over season. Bat went dead towards end of season, sound changed and noticeably different hitting distance. No physical damage seen. Would definitely buy it again.
